Return Policy

At AAB World, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following terms for our return policy:

1. Return Time Frame

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. This policy is in compliance with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law 39/2014.

2. Item Condition

All returned items must meet the following criteria, in accordance with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law 39/2014:

Unopened and unused.
In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
Free from any damage or alterations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that pre-orders are not eligible for returns.

4. Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be in the form of a receipt or invoice.

5. Refunds

All eligible returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the return is accepted by our team.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for eligible items of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for any price difference.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must visit our showroom located at Symphony Mall, Salmiya. For international orders, please contact our customer service team to receive return authorization and specific shipping instructions before sending your item back.

8. Shipping Costs

For orders within Kuwait, returns must be processed in-store. For international orders, we do not currently provide free returns. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

9. Working Hours

Returns can be processed at our showroom every day between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for an exchange or refund.
