The DigitaFoto Solution Limited 360° Monitor Rotation Bracket is a lockable tilt arm that mounts on your camera's cold shoe. This sturdy bracket will support loads as high as 6 pounds, so it should have no problem handling most on-camera monitors up to 5.5". The bracket features a 1/4"-20 mounting screw on the raised arm, so your monitor will need to have a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole on its side.
Tightening the mounting screw secures your monitor to the bracket, and once mounted you can adjust the monitor's rotation to move the monitor into just the right position for the shot. On the bracket's riser arm is a built-in cold shoe and threaded 1/4"-20 mounting hole. This allows you to utilize your camera's cold shoe for the bracket without losing the ability to add accessories such as a light, microphone, or other accessory arm.
The rotation bracket features a knuckle that allows you to set your monitor's rotation and then secure the monitor in that position.
The cold shoe and 1/4"-20 threaded hole are on the riser arm, which does not rotate in relation to your camera as you rotate your monitor, so your accessories will not shift position.
The bracket features a cold shoe mounting foot for mounting it on your camera.
